When Alouicious Snee has to tell his investors they are flat broke, the market is not the only thing that crashes in the Murder Mystery Players comedy, Death Plays the Market. This fun-filled, interactive, murder mystery includes dinner as well as the performance.
The stock market crash of 1929 came as a big surprise to many people, especially Vincent and Victoria Van de Voort. It seems Al persuaded Vincent to invest his money, as well as mobster, Anthony Discenzo. When the “well goes dry”, Victoria loses interest in Vincent, Anthony has to inform his mob boss that he is poor, and Vincent loses his mistress, Mitsy O’Malley, to a richer client. One thing is certain – they all blame Alouicious Snee for their newfound unhappiness.
When Mr. Snee winds up dead for his actions, innocent passerby and criminal expert, Elizabeth Esterhazy questions the suspects and finds the profits and losses in all of their relationships with the recently deceased. Can she discover who went “bullish” on Mr. Snee?Menu:
