Q: How much are tickets for the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival? Where can I purchase tickets for the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival?

Q:Do you have wheelchairs available?

A: Yes. Just inside the front gate, go to your left to Xtreme Leatherworks. They have a limited number of electric scooters available for rent: $40/minimum of 4 hours or $70/2 days.

Q: Do you have costumes available for rent?

A: Yes. Just inside the front gate, go to your right to Renaissance Rentals. Rentals begin at about $30 and up, and depend entirely on the pieces you choose.

Q: What are the hours and days for the festival?

A: We open on Saturday May 3rd and run every Saturday and Sunday through June 2nd, plus Monday Memorial Day, May 26th. We are open from 10:30am- 6pm. Student Day is Friday, May 9th, and our hours are 9am-3pm on that day only.

Q: Is the Castle handicapped accessible?

A: The entire Castle and most of the Castle grounds are wheelchair accessible. If you have any special needs, call The Castle of Muskogee at (918) 687-3625, and we will be happy to assist you. There will be a limited number of wheelchairs available for rent on a first-come, first-got basis just inside the Main Gate.

Q: How much is parking?

A: Free parking is available for up to 25,000 people per day. VIP parking is available for $5 per car.

Q: My costume has a weapon, may I wear it to the festival?

A: Yes, but your weapon must be sheathed and peace tied.

Q: Can my dog come to the festival with me?

A: No. However, service animals are always welcome. You must have service animal certification available. Local kennels.

Q: Are Credit/Debit cards accepted at the festival?

A: Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express cards. There is also an ATM available at the Bank of London, Castleton Branch and the Pirate’s Plunder shop.

Q: Where is First Aid available?

A: First Aid is available on the south side of the Crown Inn. Ask any security officer for assistance.

Q: Where is lost and found located?

A: It is located at the ticket booth at the main entrance.

Q: Where are restrooms?

A: Restrooms can be found where ever you find a sign labeled “Privie.”

A: Yes. Please contact Karen Cunningham at (918) 687-3625. She will assist you with preparations for your big day.
