The Haunted Castle Halloween Festival runs Fridays and Saturdays, October 3 through November 1, from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Arrive early to experience as many attractions, shows, and food vendors as possible before the night ends!

We do our best to keep attractions running after ticket sales close to allow guests time to use their tickets. However, on crowded evenings, we cannot guarantee access to all attractions — so we recommend arriving early to make the most of your visit!

The Haunted Castle is located at 3400 W Fern Mountain Rd, Muskogee, OK, right in the heart of eastern Oklahoma.

From family-friendly experiences like the Haunted Hayride and Enchanted Boardwalk to extreme haunted attractions like the Domus Horrificus and the infamous Trail of Blood, there’s something for every level of bravery.

Yes! While we’re known for some of the best haunted attractions in Oklahoma, several experiences are designed for family-friendly fun. Attractions like the Haunted Hayride, Ultimate Maze, Monster Blaster, Enchanted Boardwalk, Spooky Express, and the Halloween festival village are perfect for younger kids and families looking for spooky excitement without the scares.

No! It is free to enter and roam the village. Ticket prices only apply for entry to our attractions.

Entry to the festival grounds is free! Tickets for haunted attractions range from $10 to $100, depending on how many experiences you want to enjoy. We offer single-attraction tickets, combo packages, and VIP Fast Passes to skip the lines. Buy online to guarantee entry on your preferred night.

We have both free and paid parking options. General parking is free, and VIP (close-up) parking is $10. We accept cash and card.

  • Indoor attractions open at 6:15pm. This includes Domus Horrificus, Casa Morte, Torture Chamber, Catacombs, Jester’s Revenge, and Arachna’s Lair.
  • Outdoor attractions open at dusk (dark). This includes the Haunted Hayride, Trail of Blood, Ultimate Maze, Monster Blaster, Spooky Express, and The Enchanted Boardwalk. 

Entry to the festival is free for everyone. 

Children aged 2 and under enjoy free admission to the following attractions: Haunted Hayride, Monster Blaster, Ultimate MazeEnchanted Boardwalk, and Torture Chamber & Catacombs. For the Enchanted Train, children 2 and under also ride free but must remain seated on a parent’s lap for the entire duration of the journey. Please note, any passenger occupying a seat will require a ticket.

For all other haunted attractions, tickets are required for all ages. We strongly advise against bringing young children into the Intense Scare Experience attractions.

No, we do not offer refunds.

No. Outside food and drink are not permitted. However, there are plenty of food and drink options for purchase throughout the village. There are also free drinking water fill stations within the festival grounds. 

For security reasons, large backpacks are not allowed at our festival. Small purses and bags are permitted. All bags are subject to be searched.

The Halloween Festival has a strict No Weapons policy.

Costume props will be reviewed by security at the front gate. If your costume accessories are deemed unsafe, you will be required to keep them in your vehicle during your visit. No exceptions.

Yes. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. This policy ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

This is a family-friendly event and though we encourage festive attire and costuming, you may be asked to change or leave the premises if any clothing or costuming is deemed inappropriate by Castle staff. Please dress respectfully to ensure a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.

Three of our haunted attractions are wheelchair accessible – Casa Morte, Domus Horrificus, and Monster Blaster. However, please note that we can only accommodate wheelchairs up to 36 inches wide. Unfortunately, due to the narrow hallways and tight spaces, we cannot allow wheelchairs that exceed this width. The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible.

Yes! Several of our haunted attractions are indoors, and there are plenty of covered areas throughout the festival village. However, many of our lines are outside, so we recommend checking the Muskogee Weather Forecast and dressing accordingly to ensure you’re prepared for all conditions.

Purchasing your tickets online ahead of time will allow you to avoid long lines at the ticket booth. You also have the option to purchase a VIP Pass to skip the line at the attractions!

We accept both card (credit and debit) and cash payments at our festival. However, please note that some vendors may have specific payment preferences, so we recommend having cash on hand as well. ATMs are available on site for your convenience.

In addition to the above forms of payment, Coin of the Realm is accepted year-round at the Castle of Muskogee.

Yes. Smoking tobacco and the use of e-cigarettes is permitted in designated areas only. Please look for signage indicating designated smoking zones or ask a member of our staff for assistance locating the nearest location. Please ensure you dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all attendees.

We allow only trained service animals on our premises. Pets that are not trained service animals are not permitted.

No, you do not need to wait in line at the ticket booth if you purchased your tickets online. Online ticket purchases include a QR code that can be scanned directly at each attraction.

To avoid waiting in line at the ticket booth, we recommend purchasing your tickets online ahead of time. 

To avoid waiting in line for an attraction, we recommend purchasing Fast Passes or VIP Passes, which allow you expedited entry into the attraction(s).

We make every effort to allow our guests with combo tickets to see every attraction on the same night, but in the event you are unable to do so, your unused tickets may be used on another night during the same season.

Wait times vary for each attraction. However, generally, there are shorter lines earlier in the season and on Fridays. If you are time-pressed, we recommend purchasing Fast Passes or VIP Passes for expedited entry into the attractions.

No weapons. No food or drink. No pets. No cameras. No smoking. No laser pointers or flashlights. We are not responsible for lost cell phones or other personal items.

NO photography or video of any sort is allowed after you enter the attraction. In addition, all cell phones must remain in the off position once you enter the attraction. Guests will be removed for disturbing others’ experience with cell phone lights. We are not responsible for lost cell phones.

Contact with our actors or props is strictly prohibited. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you are caught touching our actors or props. We are not an immersive haunt, they will not touch you either. 

We do not offer wheelchair or scooter rentals onsite. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend arranging for rentals in advance if needed.

Enter at your own risk. We have uneven floors in some areas and the scares can be very intense. As such, sandals or flip flops are not recommended. Instead, we recommend durable, close-toed shoes.
